Dear VIPEr community,

Does anyone have an isothermal titration calorimeter (ITC) that they would be willing to let me use? It is preferable if the instrument is MicroCal brand. The company charges $866/sample if you ask them to run on a fee per sample basis...a bit out of my price range.

Thanks!

Shirley,

If you don't have any luck with someone else, I think I can get you access to ours in the near future. The details are too complicated for me to post here. But let me know.

Hi Shirley,

Geneseo has a VP-ITC by MicroCal.  Ruel MnKnight our biochemist is the person in charge.  His email is mcknight@geneseo.edu and he is around this summer.

Hello Shirley,

If you haven't already found one, we have someone in our department who works with ITC and might be willing to help/collaborate.

Hi, Kyle,

Thanks for your message (which I just saw today). No worries, my collaborator has found an ITC. But I appreciate the offer!
