Description

This literature discussion draws students' attention to carbon capture and sequestration. It was developed in honor of Simon Weston's 2024 ACS Award in the Chemistry of Materials.

Learning Goals

After working through these problems, students will be able to:

 

- outline the goals of carbon sequestration and storage

- compare structural features presented in the article that lead to more stable materials for carbon capture
